Brewhaus is a kitchen with opinions. Red travertine runs the length of the backsplash and catches the cove light like it's got something to prove, the warm, veined anchor the whole space orbits. Then there's the island, which refuses to stay put: grid-tiled inside and out, mounted on wheels, ready to roll wherever the cooking, baking (or the coffee) takes it.
